Harienju has no rules for affiliation. I am not strict with rules (since I have none) and therefore, do not require "so many hits per day/month/year/decade/etc." or "must have a minimum of 20 chats with me per month" and so on.
All I require is that your website be a design site (I really don't care if its anime/music/cg/etc., just have designs) and I am more partial to websites hosted on domains or subdomains only because I don't wish to be distracted by ads from geoshitties or anything like that. But it doesn't mean I hate you O.o
I personally am a hard person to get into contact with, since I am barely on Trillian, and I kind of suck at replying to e-mails. So don't apply if you expect me to be on 24/7 and don't get mad when I'm not. Okay? Okay.
This page is a little bitey, simply from past experiences with ridiculous people. I'm not all that mean :D
